She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Thurn and Berniece Thurn (Dagg); and her siblings, Regina Smith and Edward Thurn, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Herbert William Bouyack; her children, Herbert Bouyack, Jr. (Twila Cade) of Olathe, Kansas, Sherri Glass (John) of Clyde, Sue Warner (Daniel) of Fremont, James Bouyack (Jay Neuman) of Columbus, Frederick Bouyack (Sherry) of Clyde, Amelia Keown (Steve) of Clyde, Connie Heitman (Jeff) of Napoleon and Peggie Avers (Steve) of Elmore; and her sister Rosalie Moyer of Bloomville. She is also survived by her family grew to include 25 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren, her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church - Clyde (143 W Forest St, Clyde, OH 43410). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church Youth and Social Fund.
