She was predeceased by: her husband John C. Smart; her daughter Linda Sherry; and her siblings, Donald Allen, Ralph Allen, Richard Allen, Thomas Allen and Deborah Matthei.
She is survived by: her caregiver Corps; her daughters, Barbara George (Earl) of Napoleon, Gail Smart-Taylor of Clyde and Joann Toy of Clyde; her son-in-law Rev. William Sherry of Defiance; her grandchildren, Christopher, Dawn, Jennifer, Matthew, Andrew, Michaell, Anthong, Felicia and Justin; and her siblings, Rev. Virginia Park of Port Clinton, Carol Crone (Michael) of Port Clinton, Margaret Andersen (Kenneth) of Huron and Robert Allen (Judy) of Port Clinton.
Memorials may be made to the Clyde Food Pantry or to the First United Methodist Church.
