He was predeceased by: his father John A. Sr. Eberhard. He is survived by: his mother Carol Eberhard (Crotcher); his siblings, Susan Wilhelm and Jerry Eberhard (Amy); and his nieces, Melissa Milbower (Jamie), Chrysten Eberhard and Micaela Eberhard.
