She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Chapman; her sons, Richard Allen Chapman (Amy) of Tiffin and Steven Lynn Chapman; her brothers, Robert Kerlin and Willard "John" Kerlin; and her stepmother Helen Kerlin.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph Chapman (Susie) of Castroville, Texas, John Chapman (Lolita) of Bellevue, Mike Chapman (Jamie) of Attica, Bill Chapman (Nancy) of Republic, Diane Stull of Genoa, Jeanette Cook (Jay) of Gibsonburg and Norma Chapman of Bellevue; and her stepfather William Durst. She is also survived by Twenty-six grandchildren, along with 76 great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
Memorials, if desired, may be made to Alzheimer's Association or the School of Hope.
