He was predeceased by: his mother Emily Lou Wadsworth (Cleary); and his grandparents, William Frances and Genevieve Wadsworth (Debo). He is survived by: his father David Wadsworth; his children, Venessa Lindsey, Kristian David Wadsworth-Landstrom, Breanna Parriott, Alexia Hunter, Bentley Mosley and Mia Mosley; his godmother Patricia Lautner; his close friends, Breanna Guerrero and Caleb Eauchus; and his friends, Tammy Lewis, Charity McGuire, Rev. Ray Kovach, Rev. John Bailey and Rev. Sheryl Seitz.
