He is survived by: his former wife Sandra Lee Fultz; his wife Helen Schoch; his children, John Gurney of Clyde and Heidi Smith (Mark) of Clyde; his stepchildren, Charles Hermes (Kathleen) of Clyde, Susan Hermes of Fremont and Timothy Hermes of Clyde; his grandchildren, Jack III, Joseph Lee, Emilee, Nicole, Danny, Sandra and Jacqueline; his stepgrandchildren, Trenton, Tim, Tyson, Tori, Caitlyn, Tiffany and Kristin; his siblings, Shirley Sherman of Clyde, Betty Zollner of Toledo, Mary Waters of North Carolina, Cliff, Nancy Gurney of Lakeside, Larry Gurney (Bev) of Sycamore and Tom Gurney (Sarah) of Findlay, HI; and his sister-in-law Mary Gurney.
