He was predeceased by: his sisters, Clara Hemminger, Hilda Wollenslegel and Joan Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Clare Thurn; his children, Herbert Bouyack, Jr. of Olathe, Kansas, Sherri Glass (John) of Clyde, Sue (Daniel), James Bouyack of Columbus, Frederick Bouyack (Sherry) of Clyde, Amelia Keown (Steve) of Clyde, Connie Heitman (Jeff) of Holgate and Peggie Avers (Steve) of Elmore; and his siblings, Dorothy Peters of Fremont, Janet Parkhurst of Clyde, Ernest Bouyack of Portsmouth and Lois Bradford of Fremont. He is also survived by Twenty five grandchildren and thirty great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions, if desired, may be made to St. and Lutheran Church Youth and Social Fund.
