He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Zeldon Mesnard and Evelyn Mesnard (Bentrim); his wife Ramona Mesnard; his daughter Lorna G. Neill (Jerry) of Clyde; and his siblings, Jack Mesnard (Diane) of Clyde, Robert Mesnard (Connie) of Fremont, Beverly Mesnard Conner, Patricia Mesnard Garza and Darlene Jo Mesnard. He was also cherished by four grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
