He is survived by: his parents, Les Koth (Brenda) of Clyde, OH and Peggy McMellen of Oak Harbor, OH; his wife Mignon Koth of Clyde, OH; his children, Kaleb Daniel, Grace Serenity and Abigail Faith Koth; and his siblings, Lisa Corthell of Bettsville, OH, Bryan Koth (Jody Bucklew) of Monroe, MI and Benjamin Koth of Monroe, MI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
