He was predeceased by: his parents, Morg Stanley and Rebecca Stanley; and his brothers, Bobby Stanley, Paul Stanley, Billy Joe Stanley and Herbert Stanley.
He is survived by: his wife Emma Stanley (Pinion) of Clyde; his children, Donald Stanley, Jr. (Beth) of Clyde and Sherry Stanley (Matthew Duskin) of Clay City, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Preston Lairson (Kayleigh Gehring), Donald Stanley III and Chance Stanley; his great grandchild Ariya Wurzel; and his cousin Mack Stanley.
