He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth "Becky" Vandergriff. He is survived by: his daughter Tracey Cutright-Meadows (Tracy "Trey" Meadows) of Clyde; his grandson Sebastian Meadows; and his siblings, Karen Layman and Delmar Cutright of West Virginia.
A private service will be held for Don, due to the COVID 19, with a gathering of friends and family to be held later.
Memorials may be made to the donor's preferred veteran's charity or organization.
