He is survived by: his parent Patricia Meadows (Cordrey); his son Christopher Meadows of Clyde; and his siblings, Tina Price of Clyde, David Meadows (Melissa) of Clyde, Tracy Meadows (Tracey) of Clyde, Jimmy Meadows (Kathy) of Clyde, Carl Meadows (Yolanda) of Toledo, Dale Meadows (Cheryl) of Sandusky, Rhonda Meadows (Cassie Fann) of North Carolina and Helen Webb (Charles) of Fremont.
