He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey A. Carroll (Cynthia Link-Carroll) of Leesburg, Virginia and Allison R. Carroll of Green Springs; his grandchildren, Amber Carroll of Wesley Chapel, Alicia Carroll of Wesley Chapel and Jeffrey Carroll Jr. of Purcellville; his great-nieces, Credence of Green Springs and Nevaeh of Green Springs; and his sisters, Nancy Carroll Miller of Castalia and JoAnn Wing of Clyde.
