He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Folk and Lela Folk (Strawn); his siblings, Peggy Jean and Harry; and his daughter Debbie.

He is survived by: his wife Suzzanne (Gleason); his children, Greg Folk and Wanda Warner; and his grandchildren, Danielle Ceralde, Alexandria Ceralde, Robin Ludden, Andrew Folk, Lela Borgeson, Bruce Kennedy and Victoria Ceralde. He is also survived by his eight great grandchildren.
