He is survived by: his sons, Barney Warwick of Tiffin, Lucas Warwick of Tiffin, Bob Warwick of Tiffin and LaDuke Warwick (Tonya) of Bedford, IN; his grandchildren, Dalton, Levi, Bryce and Paityn Warwick; and his siblings, Rick Warwick (Kathy) of Fremont, Carl Warwick (Kathy) of Clyde, Jerry Warwick (Suzie) of Dayton, James Warwick (Dennie) of Clyde, Tom Warwick (Terri) of Clyde, Donna Carter (Dave) of Green Springs, Peggy Black (Larry) of Bellevue, Dolores Collins (Danny) of Clyde and Norma Warwick of Crestline.
Memorial donations may be made to the family for funeral expense.
