He is survived by: his parents, Carmelo Fontana and Angela Fontana (Faraci); his daughter Angela Fontana of Norwalk; his granddaughter Octavia Fontana; his siblings, Maria Piscitello (Calogero) of Cleveland, Pina Cochey (Charlie) of Bellevue, Ben Fontana (Brenda) of Bellevue and Linda Auvil (Todd) of Lorain; his nieces and nephews, Steve Piscitello (Nicole), Chris Piscitello (Lauren), Liz Piscitello, Tim Cochey, Jason Cochey (Lindsey), Benny Fontana, Bridget Fontana, Bailee Fontana, Mckenzie Auvil, Dawson Auvil, Ross Auvil and Ryan Auvil; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rocco, Luca, Charlie, Gianni, Easton, Olivia, Harrison and Griffin.
