She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Zilles and Laura Zilles (Beier); her husband Richard Bower; her son Chris Bower; and her granddaughter Staci Billings.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Rife (Norman), Jack Bower (Sue) and Thomas Bower (Marion); and her sister Jean Hoffman of Fremont. She is also survived by six grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
