He was predeceased by: his son Vance Wayne Cravens; his stepmother Jessie Cravens; and his half-sister Rena Grzegorzewski. He is survived by: his spouse Judith Root; his children, Brenda of Siler City and Kenneth Cravens (Kelly) of Clyde; his grandchildren, Jackie Bellamy (Kyle), Albert J., Ashley Cravens (Josh Crock), Ross Kessler (Amanda) and Paige Kessler; and his half-sister Barb Stratton.
