He is survived by: his sons, Daniel Ladd of Lima, Chad Adkins (Crystal) of Findlay and Craig Adkins of Ottoville; his grandchildren, Cassie, Nick and Ben Adkins; his brother William Ladd of Cloverdale; and his brother-in-law Darrell Thrasher of Defiance.
