She was predeceased by: her parents, Linus Kamphaus and Rose Ann Kamphaus (Karl); her husband David B. Radebaugh; her stepfather Urban Boecker; and her sister Madonna Kamphaus.
She is survived by: her sister Marilyn Potthoff (Mark) of Ottawa; her brother-in-law Daniel R. Radebaugh (Cindy) of Pandora; her niece Mary Beth Potthoff of Ottawa; and her nephews, Joseph Potthoff of Ottawa and Brandon Radebaugh of Pandora.
