He is survived by: his siblings, Melanie Hull (Tim Frederick) of Dupont, Julie Gilbert (Elmer) of Continental, Annette Herr of Fort Jennings, Sandy Cantrell (William) of Kentucky and Ed Hull (Paula) of Cloverdale.
