He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Bloomfield and Anna Bloomfield; his wife Martha Bloomfield; his son Virgil Randall Bloomfield; and his siblings, Virginia Patton Blevins, Maggie Miller Davis, Clyde, Sherman, David, Joseph, Harvey Jr., Wendell, Arnold and James Bloomfield.
He is survived by: his children, Harvey Bloomfield (Sherry), Patty Holcomb, Kim Emerling (Gary) and Denise Lewis (Tony); his sister Rita Waugh; and his sister-in-law Alice Bloomfield. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
