With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Smith (Clinton, Ohio), born in Barberton, Ohio, who passed away on March 16, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Everett Earl and Effie Latta Campbell; her husband Duane Smith; her brothers, Everett Campbell Jr. and James Campbell; her children, Michael Smith (Mary) of Clinton, Scott Smith (LeaAnn) of Coppell and Jessica Senior of Canton; her grandchildren, Jennifer Smith-Garcia (Alfredo), Michelle Smith, Andrew Senior, Philip Senior (Jessica), Alec Senior, Nicholas Smith and Matthew Smith; her great grandchildren, Isabella, Alfredo Julian, Iris Garcia, Paige, Siena and Abrielle Senior; and her sisters-in-law, Ann Campbell and Connie Smith.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations may be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church.
