He was predeceased by: his parents, William Conrad and Alpha Marie Conrad (Stanley); and his siblings, Stephan, David, Terry and Cynthia.
He is survived by: his sister Judy Lamp; and his nieces and nephews, David Lamp III, William Lamp, Sr. (Heather), Shawn Lamp (Kelly), Valerie Szekely (Mark), Michelle Stalnaker (Rodney) and Jessica Zemla (David).
