He is survived by: his wife Tamar; his children, Lilyanna, Fletcher and Lincoln; his mother Mary Kay Hajek of Doylestown; his sisters, Karen Steen (Scott) of Doylestown, Beth Lewis (Jake) of Doylestown and Mary Jo Kaye (Lonnie) of Conway, SC; and his mother-in-law Bev Blevins (Bob). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
