She was predeceased by: her father Michael P. O'Brien; and her niece Eliza Grace O'Brien. She is survived by: her mother Carolyn D. O'Brien (Dague) of Cincinnati; her siblings, Sean O'Brien (Katherine) of Apple Creek, Kathleen McDaniel (Martin) of Homerville and Kerry O'Brien Rhoad (Dave) of Cincinnati; her nephews, Andrew and Michael Rhoad; and her close friend Corey Logue of Clinton.
