He was predeceased by: his parents, Margie C. Stevens (Lawless) and Kenneth McKay Stevens; his son Brian Keith Stevens; and the mother of his children Ann Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Foley; his stepchild Chris Wells (Heather) of Springfield; his siblings, Mike Stevens (Shelley) of Springfield, Ohio and Carole A. Lee (Roy) of Leitchfield, KY; and his children, Teresa Pollard, Missy Eldridge (JD), Candy Buskirk of Springfield and John Jenkins (Lorrie) of Bluffton. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
