He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann Balsley and William Balsley; and his brother Bobby. He is survived by: his wife Emma Jean Balsley; his children, Trishia Doyle (Marvin), Tracy Sprygada (Mike) and William "Bub" F. Balsley, Jr. (Kelly); his grandchildren, Marvin Doyle (Sarah), Shelby Doyle, Shayna Balsley, Corbyn Sprygada, Britni Engel (Stevie) and Robert "Bobby" Smith (Tiffany); and his siblings, Jerry Balsley (Vennetta), Janice Geyer (Joe), John, Scott, Dave Balsley, Susan Crihfield, Peggy Thompson and Pat Balsley.
