He was predeceased by: his brother James Messer; and his grandparents, John, Helen Davis, William, Phyllis Messer and Leonard Salings.
He is survived by: his child Kalya Messer; his parents, Emmakay Messer of Cleves, Ohio. and Mark Salings of Cleves, Ohio.; his granddaughter Melanie Craig; and his siblings, Louis Messer of Cincinnati and Amy Hatton of Cincinnati. He is also survived by his many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
