He was predeceased by: his wife Annetta L. Polewski; his parents, Lillian Polewski and Stephen Polewski; and his sister Ruth Cullen. He is survived by: his children, Dave Polewski (Cathy), Bob Polewski (Susan), Gayle Cannon (late Carl), Margie Ober (Steve), Eileen "Beanie" Pfaff (Lloyd) and Matt Polewski; and his sister Jane Schehl. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Xavier University ROTC, or Elder High School, c/o the funeral home.
