He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Neely and Luther Casada Neely; and his siblings, Herbert, Jr., Earl, Bill Neely, Mildred Jones, Monnie Neely and Elizabeth Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Ridley; his sons, Dr. Steve Neely (Joan) of Cleves and Kevin Neely of Greensville; his grandchildren, Brandon, Cameron, Kellen, Ali and Max Neely; and his sister Norma Massengale of Monticello, Kentucky..
