He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Maxey and Rose Maxey (Weldishofer); his wife Elizabeth Anne Maxey (Bondurant); his children, Hannah, Chloe, Cristian and Addyston; his siblings, Tim (Loni) and Michele (Lyle); his uncles, David Maxey (Connie), Victor Maxey (Yvonne) and Martin Weldishofer (Kate); his siblings-in-law, Jonathan (Jessica), Andrew (Breanna), Sarah (Kourtney), Deborah (David) and Ruth (Kyle); and his close friends, Shane Wilson (Jenn) and Matt Faust. He is also survived by 7 cousins, 21 nieces and nephews.
