Merk (Tyler) of Cincinnati; her grandchildren, Amanda, Michael, Justin, Chandler and Ella; her great grandchild Ryder; and her siblings, Paul E. Mattingly of Cleves, John D. Mattingly of Cincinnati, Joyce A. Holscher of Cincinnati, Pamela Earls of Cincinnati, Norma J. Leguillon of West Chester and Keith E. Mattingly. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
