She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Stirrat and Marie Stirrat; and her husband Gerald J. Cahill. She is survived by: her children, Greg Cahill (Danette), John Cahill (Bev) and Denise Horgan (Kevin); her grandchildren, Steve (Ana), Chris Cahill (Alicia), Angie (Jon), Brad Cahill (Brittany), Kelly Horgan and Jenny King (Ben); her great grandchildren, Sayler, Alice Cahill, Walker, Cameron Cahill, Bryson, Dillon, Carter, Kinsley Ditton, Xander Cahill, Eli, Alex, Owen and Zoe King; and her brother Art Stirrat (Jean).
Memorials are requested in Eileen's memory to Hospice of Cincinnati. A funeral home representative will be available to accept donations before mass.
