She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Foley and William Phillip Foley; and her sisters, June Foley and Phyllis Mounce. She is survived by: her son Dennis W. Brown (Charmaine); her grandchildren, Jason Penn and Jodi Workman (Darin); her great grandchildren, Luke and Skylar Penn; and her sister Freda Smith. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dennis George Funeral Home (44 S Miami Ave, Cleves, OH 45002). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
