She was predeceased by: her spouse Meredith Hitchens; her parents, Lola Bowman and Marion Bowman; and her siblings, Earl Bowman, Velma Hausfeld, Myla Farmer, Walter Bowman, Carole Kolb, Chole Calvert, Martha Russell and Betty Stagnaro.

She is survived by: her daughters, Monica Barnes and Lisa Prince (Dave Wilkinson); her grandchildren, Allison Ashcraft (Bryan), Emily Barnes, Logan Laux (Lauren), Cullen Prince and Roarke Prince; her stepgranddaughter Stephanie Wiseman (Barnes); and her sibling Beverly Benter. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
