He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Mayo; and his brother Charles Junker. He is survived by: his girlfriend Jana Stortz; his stepfather Paul "Mick" Mayo; his sister Betty Noumoff; and his cousins, Bill (Sharon), Bob (Mary Charles), Greg (Mary) and Jean Dees. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hospice of Cincinnati, because of the wonderful care they gave to Jerry.
