He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Rose Taylor and Connie Apel. He is survived by: his wife Ella J. Taylor; his children, Jeananne Siemer (Michael) and Joseph Willis; his grandchildren, Mariella and MJ Siemer; and his siblings, Melanie Clayton (Daniel) and Cammy Talbott (Jimmy). He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
