Gilbert; his children, Candy Hasselbeck (Michael), Brenda Howard (late Randy), Guy Gilbert (Mary) and Lynn Gilbert (Lilianne); his grandchildren, Megan Grabowski (Jamie), Tim Howard (Ann) and Ben Gilbert (Tara); his great grandchildren, Blake Gilbert and Bryce Gilbert; and his sisters, Joyce Mundstock (Glenn) and Elaine Bolinger. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Alzheimer's Association or to Parkinson's Foundation.
