He was predeceased by: his parents, Cammie Elliott and Weltha Elliott; and his siblings, Marie Moody, Elmer Elliott, Thelma Coday, Pat Stoutenburg, Brucilla Radcliff, Dorothy Topicz, Curtis Elliott and Danny Elliott.
He is survived by: his siblings, Christine Liggett and Jewel Yeary; and his niece Shannon Rouse. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; a host of other family members and friends.
