She is survived by: her children, Hans J. Petry (Karla), Eva Maria Cheong (Ronson) and Michael T. Petry (Michele); her grandchildren, Emily A., Gwendolyn K., Matthew A. Petry, Daniel R. and Alexander H. Petry (Hannah); her sisters, Irma Jo Tierney (Terrance), Vicky Johnston (Doug) and Jane Rymers (Bob); and also Emil J. Schmidt.
