She was predeceased by: her husband Walter L. "Scamp" Owens; her son Walter "Junie" Owens Jr. (Roxanna); her parents, Sarah Younger and Donald Charles Younger; and her brother Victor Willis Younger (late Melba).
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Ann Gross (Steven), John E. Owens (Shauna) and Donald Stephenson.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dennis George Funeral Home (44 S Miami Ave, Cleves, OH 45002). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
