Cook; her children, Dolly Garrett, Pauline Viel and Andrew Cook (Kristin Johannsen); her grandchildren, Cody Clark, Jasmine, Jozephine Garrett, Kierstin Geyer (Sam), Kendall, Kolton Viel, Kingston and Kennerie Cook; her great grandchild Presley Clark; and her siblings, Dina Nunnery, Stella Basham, Jack Booth, Tim Wallace, Sam, Harold Duncan Jr. and Ken LaFollette. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
