We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2024, at the age of 73, Delores A. Cook (Cleves, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Cook; and her parents, Marvin Patrick and Bertie Patrick (Donald Cook). She is survived by: her children, Holly Noel, Leslie Cook (Stacie), Josh Cook (Melissa) and Damon Cook (Ginger); her grandchildren, Carson Haynie, Morgan Haynie, Dawson Haynie, Devin Noel (Olivia), Dylan Noel, Desiree Noel (Derek), Dustin Noel and Paige Cook; her great grandchildren, Scarlett Noel, Lucas Noel and Carolina Nixon; and her brothers, Wayne Patrick (Diane) and Anthony Patrick (late Robin). She is also survived by nieces, nephews & friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The American Cancer Society (https://donate.cancer.org) or National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation (NPCF) in her memory.
