He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Calkins and Elsie Calkins (Hasenfuss) of Waupun, WI; his sisters, Diane and Delores; his uncle Jim Van Saane; and his wife Diane Sheffler.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Jon Alexander (Karen) of Juneau, WI, Kurt Alexander (Loni) of Omaha, NE, Paul Alexander (Kim) of Hartford, WI, Daniel Alexander, Sherri Pritchard (Sean) of Mishicot, WI, Janelle Alexander (Dave) of Germantown, WI, Mary Fulton (Doug) of Scottville, MI and Mechelle Landaal (Rick) of Waupun, WI. He is also survived by many great nephews and nieces and long-time friends.
Memorial donation in David's name may be made to the family (Karen Alexander) to be divided among David's favorite non-profit organizations.
