He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelma O'Shaughnessy and Frank O'Shaughnessy; his sister Sue O'Shaughnessy; his mother-in-law Thelma Scanlon; and his sister-in-law Genevieve Welsh.
He is survived by: his spouse Lurli Scanlon O'Shaughnessy; his sons, Matthew and Mark O'Shaughnessy (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Courtney, Zachary and Paul O'Shaughnessy; his sisters-in-law, Vivian Bockhorst and Patricia Hoegeman; and his nieces and nephews, Wayne, Rikki, Steven and Debbie.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to either of these charities, c/o the funeral home: City Gospel Mission or 1st Baptist Church of Cleves....
