It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Jean Duncan (Cleves, Ohio), who passed away on December 13, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Lewis and Leo Lewis; and her brother Bob Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Jack Powell Duncan; her children, Jack Duncan Jr. (Lisa), Wesley Bob Duncan (Helena), Steve Duncan (Angel) and Ryan Duncan (Rachel); her grandchildren, Josh, Jon, Ashley, Samantha, Mandy, Wesley, Austin, Angel, Imre, Ashton and Kempley; and her siblings, Leo Lewis, Betty Busch, Deborah Garrison and John Lewis.
