She was predeceased by: her husband Franklin Delanor Courtney; her parents, Ruth Earls and Floyd Earls; and her sibling Sandy Cain. She is survived by: her sons, Larry Scott Smith, Robert Lee Smith (Tammy) and Franklin Delanor Courtney II; her grandchildren, Robert Jr., Joshua, Breanna, Caden, Lacy, Thomas, Ethan and Zachary; and her siblings, Diane Smith (Leroy), Cathy Flanagan, Floyd Earls Jr. (Pam), Benjamin Earls, Tony Earls (Kimberly), Scott Earls and Jamie Earls.
