He is survived by: his wife Marie Diane; his daughters, Brenda Balacko (John), Lisa Probeck (Todd) and Jennifer Rutkoski; his grandchildren, James Dunmire, Sarah Dunmire, Viktoria Probeck and Anneliese Probeck; and his siblings, Rex Rutkoski, Randy Rutkoski, Greg Rutkoski and Becky Podobnik.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Home (4420 Rocky River Dr, Cleveland, OH 44135). The military honors was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
