She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Williams and Callie Williams. She is survived by: her brother Terrell (Theresa); and her close friends, Mildred McDonald and Marsha Bailey. She is also survived by seven nieces, 14 nephews, 28 great nieces, 23 great nephews.

Viewing was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the 89th Chapel (2165 E 89th St, Cleveland, OH 44106). A wake was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the New Zion Gospel Church (2747 E 90th St, Cleveland, OH 44104). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Park (5505 Northfield Rd, Bedford Heights, OH 44146).

“To the family and friends, I'm sending my condolences, love and prayers to you all. I'm truly going to miss Sis. Vee, is what we called her at church. I have so many fond memories of her. Sis Vee, was a woman of God, loved people and was just hilarious. She also had a special bond with the youth. Her famous saying to my both of my sons and probably to many more of the youth was, "What you got?" Thank you for sharing your angel with us here on earth.”
